Healthy Habits

Do you remember the food groups? When we eat food from all the food groups, we are healthy.
But, we also need to respect these habits:

Sleep about ten hours every night.

Wash your hands before you eat or touch food.

Brush your teeth after every meal.

Have a shower or a bath every day.

We are back!

Hello there!

How are you? We´re sorry for the delay but here we are. This is our second year in Primary and we are ready to learn a lot of new things.

We want to share with all of you our first group photo. We were celebrating Halloween and as you can see we looked scary, didn´t we?

What did we do? We sang a song and we played a special game. It was great because we could not see anything and we had to recognize different sounds. They were all related to Halloween, such as screaming ghosts, evil cats, witches, thunders and so on. We also said trick or treat and got sweet candy!
